PLEASE NOT1) In case of cancellation prior to the expedition, the deposit is not refunded but it can be transferred to a third person (of the initial hunter’s choice) as long as dates remain unchanged. 2) In case the client willingly stops the expedition there is no total or or partial refund. 3) In case of cancellation by terrahunt, the whole amount is refunded to the client. 4) hunters, their escorts and the equipment are nsured throughout the expedition. 5) in case of any sickness or accident terrahunt will assist but will not carry any expenses. 6) Hunting reserves are subject to unforeseen factors e.g. heavy weather conditions, unexpected reaction of the prey, inappropriate behaviour of hunters etc. terrahunt bears no responsibility for all the above factors terrahunt bears no responsibility and in no way can intervene. 7) Terrahunt is not held responsible for a) any death during the hunting (each shooting is done with the hunter’s own responsibility) b) any car accident c) any strike, civil riot and disorder.
